1. GENERAL PROVISIONS, DEFINITIONS USED

E-Shop - This e-shop operates on the Website trekeris.lt and is administered by the Seller.

The Seller – LLC Monitoringo centras, legal entity code 303357829, with its registered office being located at Vilniaus m. Savanoriu av. 174R, phone 8 5 2167849 regardless of the manufacturer of the relevant product, who is responsible for processing the Buyer’s order, as well as the sale of the relevant product.

Buyer – any natural or legal person who orders the Goods in this E-shop and who, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, has the right to conclude a transaction regarding the acquisition of the respective Goods (any capable natural person or legal entity operating on legal grounds).

Rules – these Rules for the acquisition of goods and products of the E-Shop. ​

Products – any item or service offered in this online store.

Paskyra – asmeninė Pirkėjo paskyra, sukurta užsiregistravus svetainėje trekeris.lt.

Agreement – a purchase and sale contract made between the Buyer and the Seller, effective from the moment the order is placed and payment is made.

Personal data – Information voluntarily provided by the Buyer during registration or ordering, including IP address, location data, order history, etc.

2. ORDERING GOODS AND CONCLUDING A TRANSACTION

  • The buyer must provide accurate information when filling out the order form.
  • The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed and paid for.
  • The Seller has the right to cancel the order or limit the Buyer's use of the website in the cases specified in the rules.
  • The seller agrees to provide clear information about the products, prices, delivery, returns, and warranty.

3. PRODUCT PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
  • Available payment methods: by credit card, bank transfer, cash, or card at the Seller's location.
  • The buyer must make the payment within 1 business day from the order placement.

4. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

  • The order is processed only after payment is received.
  • Delivery available:
    • From Seller's warehouse (pickup),
    • To the selected parcel locker.
  • The delivery cost is specified when placing the order.
  • The seller informs about any changes (in terms, quantity, etc.).
  • If the item cannot be delivered, the paid amount will be refunded within 2 business days.

5. GUARANTEE

  • All devices come with a 24-month warranty for individuals.
  • The warranty does not apply if:
    • The item was used improperly,
    • It was damaged, modified, or repaired in an unauthorized service.
    • There is no GSM signal in the area.

6. RETURNS AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

  • The buyer can cancel the contract within 14 calendar days if:
    • The item was not installed,
    • It was returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
  • The Buyer covers the return costs.
  • A product of unsuitable quality may be:
    • Changed appropriately,
    • Fixed,
    • Or refunding the money if the violation is essential.

7. PARTY LIABILITY

  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data and unauthorized use of the account.
  • The seller is responsible for the lawful processing of personal data and its security.
  • The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer was not familiar with the Terms or the Privacy Policy.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • The rules have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
